CHRISTMAS CARDS

On Monday, December the 2nd , in the afternoon, the English class was veery funny:

Each of us in the class made a Christmas  card for an other classmate. Each one had a very cool and original cover, a beautiful dedication aand a big sweet or many little sweets.

This is the card my classmate made for me:

 

We learnt a lot of English, the English tradicional christmas, design postals...

¡And a lot of things wile we had fun!

   For me, this was very useful and I hope to repeat this project.

BOOK

MY BOOK - GOLDFISH

I read a book called Goldfish and its author is Raymond Chandler.

 I read it during the Christmas holidays and it was quite entertaining.

This author is known mainly because he writes detective stories and

 thrillers. As he is American, writes in English, but many of his books

 have been translated into Spanish and more languages.

  

The book's about a man named Carmady is detective and looking for 

some pearls that have been stolen. Worth a fortune, but nobody knows

 anything about them. But when he goes to visit the only man who knows

 something about them, it was too late, he was dead.

For me, this book was very entertaining and I liked it. Mostly because I

 thought I would not understand much, but I understood enough.

I especially recommend it to people who like mystery and detective novels.
